To whom it may concern,
On the 6th of January 2023, I purchased the ORIGINAL ULTIMATE NMAT PRIMER / NMAT Reviewer 2023 (with Online Tips and NMAT Sample), specifically the item labeled “Complete NMAT & MCAT”. This purchase has been made through an online transaction on the online shopping platform, Shopee, by the seller account nmat_reviewer. The mode of payment in which this item has been purchased was through cash on delivery.
Upon receiving the item, the product was missing a few pages on different sections of the reviewer. This is clearly seen as the page numbers are skipped and the missing pages are nowhere to be found within the reviewer. In order to fix the issue, I would like to send back the item and exchange it for a complete copy of the product. It would be best if there would be no hassle or further spending on my side. I have attached with this letter copies of the online receipts and well as the order record of the item.
